Una estancia agradable frente al mar

Pros: Me gustó mucho la ubicación. La playa es muy bonita y se puede caminar en ambas direcciones. Cerca hay un restaurante muy bueno.

Cons: No me gustó que el sistema de aire acondicionado fuera bastante ruidoso y que, a mi parecer, enfriara demasiado. A pesar de subir la temperatura, seguía haciendo mucho frío

Buen lugar, cómodo, limpio pero hace falta mejorar la atención al cliente.

Pros: Me gustó mucho el lugar, súper limpio, nuevo, cómodo, bien ubicado, espacios grandes.

Cons: Que la atención del personal era tardadísima. No habían toallas en los apartamentos, tomó muchísimo tiempo que nos las dieran. También, en la piscina nunca habían toallas, tocaba ir a recepción, pedirlas allí y esperar 15 minutos o más para que nos las dieran.

Perfect Views

Pros: The unit was beautiful and the view was great. The openness and natural light breathe life into the space. The location on the beach was unbeatable. The unit was really comfortable and perfect for anyone who needs multiple rooms. The appliances in the kitchen were really nice. The balcony was spacious and perfect for soaking in the beach views.

Cons: The unit needed a good sweeping, especially the dining room, though it was otherwise clean. The second room had a window to a storage area, with no curtain, which was strange. The kitchen, while nice, was missing little things, like a cutting board.

Pros: This place is amazing. View is spectacular and the staff were very inviting and helpful. I would stay there on my return back to El Zonte.

Wonderful experience, but slightly overpriced.

Pros: Very nice hotel with great amenities - we loved the wellness center and getting to experience contrast therapy. Also enjoyed having a mini bar by the pool. The room itself was lovely, large, great giant balcony, and new appliances.

Cons: The dishes were not clean, the sponge was used and worn out already, and the comforter sheets smelled damp. I understand this area is priced for tourists, but to charge $2 for a can of coke is ridiculous! Mini bar was not always staffed or open at the stated times, and after front desk is closed, it is very hard to find or communicate with staff. We had the water in our room go out for 1 hour and had no way of contacting management. We had to walk out to the front and talk to security.

Modern facilities with great location. Beach was totally covered with stones....

Pros: New vs other accommodations around. Spacious room.

Cons: No restaurant but there are two close by that provide room service. Beach was all rocks, no sand.....

We will definitely be returning for a longer stay.

Pros: This place was amazing. Staff was very accommodating. Location was convenient. Short drive to Tunco. Beach access and views were stunning.

Cons: Not much at all.

Perfect place for rest and relax!

Pros: Good hotel with perfect location,we had apartment with terrace.room was a big,modern,with zoning (kitchen with washing and dryer machines),rest zone,sleep zone).Several good restaurants walking distances,I liked Nan Tal. Pool was amazing ,nice music and minibar, they provided alcohol and snacks.Hotel does not provide food but they can deliver to your room in case you need it.

Cons: Everything was good

A perfect choice in El Zonte!

Pros: All around an exceptional stay starting with the professional and friendly staff ready for any questions and arrangements, to the new, modern, spacious, immaculately clean, and well equipped suites with huge balconies. Location 10/10 oceanfront on a point break with amazing ocean views, in between two hotels with steps away to top notch restaurants, but also walking distance to any restaurants in town or grocery stores. Lovely pool with a bar with excellent drinks, shakes, and smoothies, but they also make a variety of acai bowls for an easy breakfast or snack, as well as charcuterie boards on sign up. We arranged airport transport through them as well, they provided a punctual and comfortable ride, and they also arrange any local excursion you’d be interested in. The staff always responds promptly and efficiently, a well done hospitality. We couldn’t have made a better choice for our first time in El Salvador!

Another perfect stay

Pros: Awesome facilities including legit medical grade cold plunge and the hot tub is fantastic. Infinity pool is wonderful. Extremely relaxing property. Restaurant next door (nali?) is some of the best food I’ve had in El Salvador.

Cons: Recommend coffee and hot water heater with ethos to make coffee in AM
