Thermal Paradise Villa

Awesome beautiful experience. Would love to revisit.

Pros: Loved the place mainly for it's hot springs and spacious green area.

Cons: The only inconvenience was that we ran out of water and weren't able to use until next morning, and the water tank that was filled during the night overflowed and downpoured on 1 of the rooms causing rapturous noise until we finally got a hold of a staff to close the tube(?).

Nice and quiet

Pros: Very beautiful hot springs. Private and quiet. Perfect if you need to relax.

Cons: Maybe add ac in all the rooms only one had it in our village but we didn’t need it because it was a cold night.

Cons: La limpieza, y falta de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.

Pros: El lugar es realmente un paraíso. La atención de las personas en el lugar fue excelente! Definitivamente recomendado!!

Un lugar paradisíaco

Pros: El lugar es un paraíso totalmente, perfecto para desconectar y relajarse al 100. El personal muy amable, nos ayudaron con todas nuestras solicitudes, Iris es un amor de persona tan atenta y agradable. Sin duda volveremos

Cons: La hora de salida se me hace temprano. Aunque te dan la opción de alargar por costo extra

Pros: Las piscinas termales eran muy relajantes. La estancia es muy amplia, el servicio de comida a domicilio es muy bueno.

Cons: No hay mucha privacidad con los encargados y masajistas entrando a la cocina y comedor.

Beautiful paradise

Pros: What an amazing getaway tucked away from the main areas for real rest and relaxation. Iris and Francisco were always there but never underfoot for everything we needed. She made the most amazing pot of beans for us, we felt nourished and cared for. The private hot springs were incredible. We didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend getting the massage as well. Very professional, and supports local economy. They will go and get any groceries you need too so all you have to do is arrive. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils a coffee maker, electric kettle, and pans to cook in. Plenty of fridge space for larger groups too. Also recommend having a good car to get there as the road is very rural/ rocky. Follow the directions they provide and you won’t get lost. Very quiet and restful place, I look forward to returning in the future.

Cons: Only one room, (out of the five bedrooms) the main bedroom had air conditioning. But it cooled down enough in the evenings when we were there that it was comfortable with the ceiling fan.

Termales relajantes

Pros: Nos encanto que estaba rodeado por arboles. La naturaleza es impresionante en este lugar. El termal super rico! Los servicios de masaje podrian mejorar, pero nos gusto que los ofrecian en el lugar. Iris fue super atenta!

Cons: Los cuartos no tienen aire acondicionado y en Caluco hace un calor horrible. Los basureros del baño. El techo podría mejorar que se escucha todo lo que cae. La lamina no se ve bien y no ayuda. La cocina no se veía tan bonita con esas cortinas, cambiarlas fuese lo mejor. Le falta mantenimiento al lugar y mejorar los acabados. La luz es demasiado tenue. En el baño de invitados se apagaba y se encendia aun estando en movimiento en el baño.

We loved our stay at this location, loved the warm thermal water and the nature around it.

Pros: The location is great and our host (Liseth) was AMAZING! She was very friendly and helpful, we wanted quesadillas and she went out and found them for us. In the morning, she cooked us breakfast and we asked her if she would cook us dinner and she prepared us the best soup we've ever had. We loved the place and having such a great host (Liseth) made our stay very enjoyable.
