Great value!

Pros: The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. The pool was nice and the complimentary breakfast was delicious

Pros: Rezeptionistin, sie hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, um uns mit Infos zum Karneval zu versorgen

Cons: - keine Sitzmöbel am Pool - Spiegel im Zimmer sicher schon länger nicht geputzt - wenig Tageslicht - bei der Hotelkategorie hätten wir eine warme Dusche erwartet - bei Booking vom ist die Adresse falsch hinterlegt, das Hotel liegt näher am Zentrum als angegeben, aber verwirrt natürlich und hat uns Zusatzkosten beschert

Cons: En el desayuno es de tener siempre todas las opciones de comida disponible, ya que si algo se termino, por ejemplo un tamal, tardan en volver a poner mas y no dan respuesta de si hay o no disponible.

Pros: Las habitaciones estaban amplias, limpias y cómodas. El desayuno estaba rico y con suficientes opciones.

Cons: El proceso de check in es bastante engorroso porque piden los documentos de todas las personas que se van a hospedar.

Pros: Extraordinario desayuno bufete acompañado de excelente servicio del personal. La señorita de recepción nos recibió de forma más que excelente, las habitaciones muy confortables, amplias y limpias. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Comfortable and hospitality was exceptional!

Pros: It was easy to get a room that suited our family of 4, during an unexpected delay in our schedule in San Miguel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will most definitely recommend to friends.
