Pros: A great location, and very safe; I left my door unlocked throughout my stay, and experienced no problems. The host is very friendly, and will offer help in English if required. Try the morning pupusa stall on the corner of Guillermo Cortez and Gabriela Mistral, which offers three pupusas and a coffee for $1.35.
