Pros: Very nice staff! Always ready to help and the location is perfect in this town!

Pros: Just a short walk from the bus stop in Apaneca. We booked a “deluxe double” with a balcony and garden view but got a room with a blocked window instead. After complaining, we were moved to a spacious family room with a fan. Comfortable mattress, decent linen, poor towels. Bathroom had good hot water. Quiet location and very good breakfast.

Pros: Very nice location and friendly and always available staff.

Cons: The description of the room equipment corresponded with the equipment of the hotel, not the room.

Good hotel, great breakfast

Pros: The hotel and restaurant are really nice, our room was quite small but the larger deluxe rooms looked better. Breakfast is very good. You have your choice between 6 options. The fan was good but ours couldn't go fast enough to cool the room better. Shower has hot water. Location is great, it's close to the main square but is quiet at night.

Cons: Our room was very stuffy, even with the windows open. I'm not sure if the larger rooms are better or not. The bathrooms need a make over. It's crazy that they bother to fold the toilet paper into flowers and yet no one has ever washed the bathroom door. It is very grimy and disgusting. Re do the bathrooms and improve the ventilation and the hotel will rank better.

Pros: The complimentary breakfast was great. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The garden area is pretty.

Cons: It was rainy season and humid and hot. Please put a longer cord on the fan/light so that someone can reach it. We couldn't use the fan without the light, which was a real problem on that hot night. We had to put a chair up and unscrew the light to turn it off so we could have a fan. There needs to be a screen on the window as it was necessary to open it but there were mosquitos. Would have had the door open if we weren't on the walkway.

Pros: The staff was amazing, kind, helpful, and it felt they enjoyed their job! The room was good, and the sheets were cozy. Coffee was great too!
