Business trip convenient

Pros: Loved the location as it was close to my office and had convenient access to many restaurants and food courts. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Internet worked perfectly for those early morning meetings.

Cons: Rooms and bathrooms were a bit too small for me. The first room I stayed in didn't have a closed wardrobe, and the bathroom was so small I couldn't use the sink comfortably and I had to dodge the toilet paper holder to get into the shower. I love boutique hotels, but this was a little too cozy for me..

Overall good place with location great for US Embassy. Breakfast ok.

Pros: Location was great....close to the US Embassy. Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable and room was clean with no strange smells.

Cons: They still have a Standard King room with 2 King Beds in the description as an option. When we got there that was not the case it only comes with ONE king bed. I have notified Front desk about this to see if they would correct it but it is still an option that is available in description but not in reality. Fix 2 King bed option, do not offer something you can not deliver. You would think Management would somehow compensate you for this error but they did not do anything except say they don't have another room with 2 beds available. Thanks.

Pros: Buena ubicación y buena relación precio/producto. Personal muy amable.

Pros: La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de restaurantes (incluso caminando)

Cons: El parqueo es algo complicado y no es cerrado.

Tranquila

Pros: Hotel agradable, su ubicación es tranquila y cerca a malls. El desayuno muy rico y variado. La habitación tenía un escritorio suficiente para al portátil.

Pros: El desayuno es muy completo, puntual y con atención satisfactoria. El aseo y el servicio del atendiente son la mejor parte, después de la ubicación en un sector seguro y cómodo.

Cons: No reponen los productos de aseo diariamente y eso es importante para el huésped.

Awesome hotel, with amenities very closed by. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was a bit soft for me.

Pros: Very good breakfast, with different options per day.

Cons: The size of the breakfast, so it could be filling.

Pros: La privacidad la comodidad el ambiente limpio todo el tiempo la comida personal que trabajan siempre con respeto. Yo me alojé en la CASA VALVERDE el Mejor lugar de 10 de 10 habitaciones sin duda lo reservaría otra con mi familia
