Lovely stay in this little oasis
Pros: Lovely pool, big room, nice location, only a few minutes walk into El Zonte. Alberto was so helpful and communication was excellent

Pros: Beautiful house, comfortable room, nice bathroom, good space around pool for relaxing, close to beach. The staff are friendly and responsive. It would be a fun place to stay with family as you have access to a large, well equipped kitchen and lots of communal hanging out space.
Cons: After booking I was surprised to find that the location is not as described. On the map it shows a direct beachfront location next to Olas Permanentes, and supposedly only 1 metre from beach whereas in fact it is above the busy Calle Litoral, more like 400 m from the beach. In the end we didn’t mind the walk to the beach but the pool area is somewhat noisy from truck traffic. Also be aware that the room sizes are not as large as indicated in the Booking app. Maybe a mixup between mètres and feet?

Pros: The communication was clear and efficient from the start and throughout my booking. Super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the amenities were great. Fresh coconuts in the fridge, coffee in the morning, and a refreshing pool.
Cons: The floor in my room felt a bit dirty but the staff fixed it right away.

Very relaxed and laid-back
Pros: Nice hotel near the main road and a 10-minute walk to the village. The room was enormous. The overall atmosphere at the hotel was very relaxed and laid-back.
Cons: They have a flock of pigeons hanging on the roof above the swimming pool, and because of that, the swimming pool is not the cleanest, let's say. If they made sure that the pigeons were unable to be there, the problem would be solved.

Safe, relaxing, best value for money in el zonte
Pros: Clean, AC, hot showers, well equipped kitchen and facilities. Personnel goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and enjoy your stay. We had a clogged sink and they fixed it within hours. AC not working so they offered us a different room and fixed it within the hour. Next vacation we will rent the whole place for the extended family. Just lovely:

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel manager, Maida, was incredibly helpful throughout our visit — he assisted us with everything we needed, including arranging surfing lessons for the kids. Carmen was also very kind and attentive, she even tought us how to cook local food. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Awesome stay in El Zonte
Pros: Our stay was wonderful! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed, excellent air conditioning, and plenty of hot water for the shower. We also appreciated having access to a refrigerator downstairs in the fully equipped kitchen. As a family of four with two teenagers, we all loved spending time by the pool — the hangout area was perfect for relaxing together. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.We ended up extending our stay for another week.

It was like living in your own mansion.
Pros: Hotel is very beautiful and spacious. They have a very nice pool. Rooms have tall ceilings and balconies. Communal kitchen is nice. There is a fairly direct path to the Ocean. One of the nicest beaches in all of El Salvador. There are a great number of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Staff was nice and very helpful. I would definately stay there again.

Tu lugar perfecto en el Zonte
Pros: Es una unidad tipo Air-BNB, si tiene personal de 7-3pm, muy bien ubicada, está tal cual presenta las fotos, una alberca preciosa, área de camastros y hamacas, una sala de tele enorme, cocina super equipada, muy recomendable para estancias de largo tiempo, no está en la playa y no tiene vista al mar, pero la playa está a 5 minutos caminando. Altamente recomendable, la atención de primer nivel por parte de su dueño, súper recomendaciones para visitar zonas y disfrutar ricas comidas con hermosas vistas.
Cons: Nada todo perfecto
