We had a great stay here
Pros: Good location, free water, decent breakfast of beans, bread, plantain and eggs. Friendly staff. Had some games to play and a cute courtyard. Hot water in the shower.
Cons: A little run down.

Like a family home
Pros: The people are so lovely. It is great to have space to wash clothes after hiking and the breakfast is amazing! Juayua is a great base for all the towns and the weekend food market is perfect for a feed after the 7 waterfalls hike!
Cons: Just a lot of people sharing one bathroom at times.

Pros: The room was a decent size but a bit dated. It got quite warm inside, and while there’s no AC, there was a blower trying to circulate cool air. The hotel is well located, just three blocks from the main square. We were lucky to catch the weekend food festival, which we didn’t know about in advance — this time, it extended all the way to Wednesday, and we really enjoyed it! Breakfast was simple but pleasant, served in a small courtyard. The staff were lovely and always smiling, which made a big difference. There's also a playful dog on the property and a gym right next door. Despite a few maintenance issues, I’d stay here again.
Cons: The box TV was a bit old (though we didn’t use it), and the mattress was okay but could use replacing. The pillows need replacing . Water pressure and hot water were a bit inconsistent, and the sink tap needs fixing. The bathroom door would benefit from having a handle.

Great value for money in the centre of town.
Pros: Impeccably clean; wonderful staff; nice courtyard/garden; free breakfast and coffee before 10am consisting of eggs, rice, plantains, cheese. The staff are really lovely and make you feel at home. Kitchen is available for guest use also and is well equipped, although old.
Cons: Not a social/party hostel - fine for me just a note for others if you are looking for this. Dog - not always friendly. Sometimes barks and may try to bite

Pros: Tidy and clean accomodation. Warm shower water and good breakfast included.
Cons: The pet dog would jump up on us while walking through reception. This could be an issue if you are nervous around dogs.
