Pros: Great location close to the beach, amazing facilities

Pros: We had been here before so came back as it's easy to get to . The kitchen area has improved and has everything you need. We had the queen room this time which with the a/c was great. The pool is nice for a dip in between doing other stuff. Still very quiet and relaxing.

Best hostel in the area, hands down.

Pros: We had a really relaxing stay here, it is located 1 minute from the beach which is great (unless you are a strong/confident swimmer or surfer this is probably not the beach for you- the currents can be very strong). Although it is about a 20 minute walk to La Libertad city itself, there are a few restaurants and tiendas close to the hostel (it is also possible to get an uber into La Libertad). The AC worked well, our room was comfy and clean, and the shared spaces were kept clean. Cold water in the showers but not too much of a problem as it is hot

Cons: Unfortunately the pool was not very clean

Pros: Beautiful clean place Big room super cheap Good location for public transport

Pros: An alternative stay if el tunco is fully booked or expensive. This place is only 10min by car to el tunco, uber works fine and cheap. The place is fabulous and super cheap.

Pros: Best value on the coast. We actually spent two nights in el Zonte Before we came here and I wish we came here first. We stayed in the tent which was cheap and cheerful. The pool is lovely and they’ve loungers and a shaded grass area. Almost private access to a super long beach that was cleaner than some of its neighbours. In a really local area but tiendas and Papusarias nearby. About a 25 min walk in to town and the pier. Basic but would stay again and wish we’d stayed longer!

Good neighborhood, authentic place

Pros: The airconditioning in the room is great but it’s really hot here in la Libertad. The neighborhood feels super safe and authentic.

Cons: One of beds was really uncomfortable and the shower upstarse is very basic and a bit uncomfortable as well

Nice staff and shared space

Pros: The AC in the room is a plus . The shared space is really nice. The kitchen is also large and well equipped. The staff is nice and helpful. Close to the bus station .Not many shops and restaurants next, only 15 minutes walk. Payment done by card.

Cons: The strong smell from the bathroom

Pros: Super clean they mopped all the floors 2 times a day and washed all tables and chairs staff were super friendly and helpful good work guys and girls 👍😃🇦🇺Kel
