Idyllic Locatiion

Pros: Lovely traditional stay with a large room. Amazing views of the lake from the breakfast and restaurant area. Breakfast was good with a few choices. Good air con and a hot shower. Large flat screen TV and very fast internet. 5 min walk to the main square. Staff all lovely and courteous. There was a bus to the port but we walked about 40 mins. If you walk to the restaurant to the right not the main port. There are Lanchers to the right. We recommend Antonio great boat and cheaper.

Cons: Arrived after a difficult day travelling and waited over an hour after check in time for room to be ready.

Pros: It was quiet, the rooms were beautiful, comfortable and clean There was a lovely pool, shady court yard with fountain. Staff were super friendly and helpful. It was a lovely oasis in elegant surroundings.

Cons: The swimming pool was fequently taken over by groups for the entire day so not so peaceful anymore.

Pros: you will live in a real colonial hacienda with the most gorgeous view of the lake! many birds flock to the balcony in the morning, allowing you to observe the living nature. enjoy your stay here

Excellent place to stay with family.

Pros: location with a great view of Suchitlan lake. all staff very friendly, very good breakfast with free coffee refill and great view. quiet neighborhood only five blocks from central park. refreshing pool. a lot of restaurants/shops/museums/coffee shops with a 5 minute walk from hotel. A/C in the room. complimentary water bottles when we arrive.

Cons: there was some ants in the bathroom, the drawer was not clean inside also under the bed it was not clean.

a little piece of heaven- a perfect place to unwind-

Pros: I love this beautiful place and wish we could stay longer. Everything was perfectly maintained and clean. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. We arrived early and they accommodated us rapidly. The food is exceptional. There is free parking. The views from the restaurant and Villas are heavenly. The pool is lovely, clean and inviting- There was a big thunderstorm on our last night and staff continued to bring a delicious meal to our room. Muchas Gracias! Also n our first day arrival- staff was kind to allow other fellow travelers to join our tour of the grounds and stay with us poolside for a bit longer.

Cons: Mosquitos and thunderstorms- not the hotels issue :) The bed I was in was a bit too hard.
