Pros: Cute, interesting decor. Lovely big Avocados but gave big fright when they fall on the roof.

Cons: There could be more hooks to hang things in the dorm. Hardly any English spoken or understood which was hard plus there was no tourist info on any tours or busses etc so I feel it's not really a Hostal for travellers. The shared bathroom for the dorm could be improved a bit too.

Nice Hostel Intent to Make Guests Satisfied

Pros: Nice hostel run very well. Included breakfast and coffee were excellent. Wifi was fast and reliable. The staff were extremely attentive to whatever I needed. Kept very clean.

Cons: Laundry service was expensive but a place nearby to get it done with prices more in line with the norm for Santa Ana.

Pros: Very helpful and friendly owner and her staff. They can arrange any type of activity you may want. Including Cerro Eramon hike! Great value for money. Highly recommended

Pros: Felt very welcomed by the staff. Brian was so helpful and actively keeping the place clean. Brenda took us out to sample the local nightlife which was great fun! Great local guides. Double beds in the shared dorm were a bonus.

Cons: Only one bathroom.

Pros: Location is top, just a few blocks from the central square. Hostel is generally quiet.

Cons: The fact that my private room could be locked from the outside was a little troubling.. also there was just one toilet combined with a shower for the 6-bed dorm plus 2p private which is way too little for when the hostel is full. Especially when you're not feeling well and you have to wait for the toilet to become available...

Pros: Breakfast is very good and really nicely served. Great, spacious rooms. Hot showers, comfortable beds.

Cons: When I wanted to extend the stay, I got 2x higher price of the night than on booking

Pros: Excellent hotel (more hotel than hostel) - very close to the center, beautiful large room with en suite and tasty breakfast. Aircon worked well and was quiet. Very good value for money.

Cons: Shower wasn't super powerful when on hot but not really an issue.
