Great hostel in Santa Ana

Pros: Great location in Santa Ana, staff very friendly and helpful, courtyard great place to relax, highly recommend

Cons: WiFi didn’t work in our room

Lovely comfortable place

Pros: Everything! The bed is super comfortable, hot water, a kitchen, super well located, the staff is very friendly and helpful (thank you Eric!), and there is this beautiful little garden where you can have your coffee and enjoy the sun. I had a job interview, and the owner gave me a table and a chair for my room and made sure that I was all set, such a sweet lady!

Cons: all perfect

Pros: We loved this place. It's in the city center, but as it has its own yard, you don't hear no noise from the outside. There is private parking if needed. The outside seating area is very relaxing. The personnel was super super sweet and helped us with arranging a car rental and gave us many suggestions for our trip. Definitely to come back.

Lovely historic hotel in a colonial town

Pros: Fantastic value, lovely little courtyard with a communal kitchen, lovely old historic hotel. The staff were lovely.

Cons: Initially we were given the front room directly in front of the street noise as well as a florescent bulb that flickered constantly.

Great place to stay

Pros: Location- close to everything. Staff - super friendly and helpful Room -Clean, big, comfy bed, nice shower. Plenty of tours offered by the hotel at very reasonable prices. Definitely value for money

Pros: Very nice place, clean and very comfortable, quite area but close to the main attraction (cathedral, park, restaurants) Fast wifi, strong A/C, staff very friendly and helpful

Pros: Staff were very helpful, the rooms were in very good condition with great air conditioning and, and the central courtyard in antique features around the premises were very nice touch.

Cons: The lighting and ventilation in the kitchen wasn’t great.

Pros: The central location is excellent, everything is walkable. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the room was super clean. Good pressure and hot water in the shower. Comfortable bed. Very safe and secure. Cafes nearby for breakfast, and you can use the kitchen at the property.

Cons: There is no sound proofing so you can hear noises from neighbouring rooms and from outside, but because other guests were generally respectful this was not a problem for us. The WiFi seems to have been overrated by previous guests. It was acceptable but upload speed is poor. However, mobile reception in the courtyard is good.

Pros: Quiet and access to a safe and secure parking lot. Clean and comfortable

Cons: No breakfast option

Pros: Everything went smoothly, hostel located very close to the city center and the Santa Ana shuttle
