Pros: The place is beautiful. It has an amazing view of the lake and mountains

Cons: No hot water in my room. They charge extra for hot water🤣

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay.

Pros: The view of lago suchitlan was fantastic, the hotel garden area and esthetic were very nice. The room was clean along with the property. Daniel was knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and was a pleasure to talk with. He told us about their plans to improve/expand the location, it’s an already beautiful property that is going to be even better.

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. It was a little hard to find simply because maps didn’t have the right location but once we drove a little further we found it. We look forward to the pool being added. But not having one didn’t make our stay any worse. We spent most of our time out exploring anyway.

I would highly recommend this hotel - wonderful experience

Pros: The staff is so helpful. I cannot say enough about this hotel and how attentive they were to me from comfort to transportation. Very nice people and great service. Breakfast also is fantastic.

Cons: The View from the restaurant of the lake is amazing - the only small thing to improve is hot water in shower.

Pros: This hotel has the most beautiful views of Lake Suchitlán. The staff and owner make you feel like family. They even brought us tamales for Christmas, knowing we were from out of town! You can walk to the town square easily or take a boat tour to watch the beautiful birds that inhabit the lake. It's the best hotel in Suchitoto a true hidden gem in El Salvador.

Cons: The tub in our room did not have hot water, unfortunately, to admire the view with, but I can not complain because we did not mention it to the staff. I also felt there were a little too many rules checking into the hotel, which made us a little uneasy. Example: no drinking in our room? Odd, but I would still recommend the hotel. Great place and staff!

Pros: La vista de la habitación era impresionante y el desayuno muy delicioso

Cons: Lastimosamente no había coordinación entre el personal y la habitación que aparecía disponible en Booking, estaba reservada previamente, por lo que nos ofrecieron otra habitación, ya que la que reservé en la aplicación no estaba disponible cuando llegamos.

OBJETIVO LOGRADO

Pros: La calidad humana del personal, la tranquilidad encontrada, que logre cumplir el objetivo pir el que fui

Cons: Que no pude elegir el desayuno Que en la habitación hace falta cortinas, ya que deseaba (por la mañana) dormir un poco más, pero la luz no me lo permitio
