Plaza Hotel and Suites

Pros: Location and staff were beautiful, especially the restaurant team were beautiful and very attentive customer service, Roberto, Enrique, Carpio, Rosa the pupusa lady, Jaime the gentleman making fresh eggs, Axel & Edward A+

Cons: The room didn't have where to put clothes and the phones did not work. We had to watzzup message and they hardly responded or attended our needs, the main lobby help desk where slow and at times unwilling to assist.

Very enjoyable long stay !

Pros: The commitment of the staff to ensure the customers are fully satisfied with everything at the Hotel (specially Johnatan at reception)

Cons: Many events prevent easily reaching the Rooms

Excellent value in San Salvador

Pros: Really good breakfast, no complains there. The suite has a lot of space. We also had the option of making our own coffee and the room service was excellent. The staff is really friendly and we also got some nice coffee from the shop.

Cons: A bit noisy but not because the hotel but the other guests

Pros: The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly baked pastries, tropical fruits, made-to-order omelets, and traditional Salvadoran dishes like pupusas and fried plantains. Each morning, we eagerly anticipated indulging in the rich aromas of freshly brewed coffee and the warm, inviting spread that provided the perfect start to our day.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Everything they say about the breakfast buffet is true!

Pros: The facilities are beautiful. They are in the same location as the Hilton and the staff was amazing. The same staff a the Hilton takes care of you ans they are all great. At the end of breakfast they surprised us with a dessert tray wishing us a nice trip. Such am amazing way os making ua feel special. (See pic)

Worth the stay, has all the needs

Pros: The breakfast was great and the staff in the morning super friendly and servicial

Cons: The staff at night were a little to sharp for night travelers

Pros: The breakfast was amazing; by far the best I have seen at any hotel (I gained three pounds in three days)...the beds were also amazing, very comfortable. The staff was outstanding, very cordial and helpful, and they made us feel like family there. The kitchen staff even made us a special treat for the day that we were leaving, and we took photos together, just like family! Many thanks to don Enrique, doña Maria, and doña Flor, for making us feel right at home and treating us like royalty. Also, this hotel is connected by an indoor walkway to the Plaza Futura, a huge, luxurious plaza with restaurants, financial institutions, and shops. We look forward to staying there again on our next visit, God willing!

Cons: Unfortunately, the fitness center was closed for repairs when we were there. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Next time I travel to El Salvador I’m be staying at the Plaza

Great stay. The staff was really friendly and incredibly helpful.

Pros: The included breakfast was fantastic! There were pupusas every day that you could custom order, and they were delicious! The staff was great and all they accommodated all of my requests, including an early check-in and an extra bed.

Cons: The kitchenette was not stocked. Would have been nice to have had cutlery and some some dishes. The double beds were small but we knew that going in. They were comfortable enough. The rooms were a little dated but for the price, we cannot complain.
