Overall the stay was still not so bad.

Pros: I've stayed here a few times so it was more of a comfort stay.

Cons: I've stayed here many times and never had any complaints about the hotel. This last time I was there, at check out I was held up because a staff member mentioned there was a stain on the comforter that I did not notice when checking in to the room because the stain was on the opposite end laying face down on the bed where I could not see the stain and they made an attempt to blame it on me. Gladly they did not charge me for the issue but the uncomfortable feeling for something that I was not aware of was quite disturbing.

Pros: The location of the hotel was very good And the buffet in the mornings were great. The staff was very kind and friendly I stayed there for 4 nights and didn't really have any plans for what to do. But 1 girl in the lobby gave me some hints and was telling me what to do. I want to give her my highest compliment So l just say THANK YOU THANK YOU

A Wonderful Stay.

Pros: The Hotel was excellent. Our room was prepared daily; we got a new bottle of water every day, breakfast, and the restaurant was excellent. The staff was super kind. We would return.

Cons: Every day the room key is deactivated and must get re-activated.

Buenas instalaciones , adecuado, limpio y muy cómodo .

Pros: Todo muy bien, hotel muy cercano para conocer la ciudad . Tiene piscina ,muy buen desayuno. La comodidad de la habitación .

Cons: Podría decir que todo el personal muy amable, educado y cordial . Solo la primera persona que nos recibió , yo llegué a las 8:30 y podría ingresar hasta las 14:00 . Yo no había terminado de saludar y me indicó que mi entrada era hasta la tarde . Pero lo bueno es que ella no estaba cuando realice posteriormente mi checkin , sería lo único que puedo decir quizás de entrada no nos gustó su trato , muy chocante . Pero las demás personas fueron muy educadas . Lindo hotel

Great staff! Beautiful hotel

Pros: The garden is beautiful! The staff is the nicest! Breakfast was amazing. Everyone from the parking attendant to the waiters and the front desk made our stay very special.

Cons: Our room was too near the restaurant so it didn’t feel very private. But other than that, it was great!
