Super friendly Staff !!!!

Pros: Breakfast was very good but a second choice of meal would be a good idea for the continental breakfast.

Cons: A lot of noise in the halls and doors slamming were the only thing I would suggest to improve.

Pros: La atención de todo el personal fue excelente, las camas cómodas, los cuartos eran suficientemente insonoros, y las amenidades bastante bien. El desayuno estuvo delicioso.

Cons: La atención a los detalles, principalmente dentro de la habitación, puede mejorar, no afecta profundamente la experiencia pero puede potenciarla.

Pros: La amabilidad y el servicio desde la llegada a recepción. Tuvieron la gentileza de dejarnos hacer el check-in antes, pues había disponibilidad. El personal del restaurante fue sumamente atento y servicial. Invitado a volver en una nueva oportunidad.

Pros: La atención. Emilio, su amabilidad para atenderme. El desayuno, tan rica la comida. La simpatía, la naturalidad, cercanía. Los trabajadores del hotel que hicieron que me sintiera como en casa. Tranquilo y acogedor.
