Pros: Stunning location with incredible views. Close to nature and great walks. Dry comfortable and stylish room. Great menu for breakfast and dinner. Wonderful staff.

Pros: Amazing view. The room was really good looking and the restaurant is really good for dinner and breakfast

Cons: Walls are not vers soundproof in the room, I have a really light sleep and I could hear things the whole night. It was also a bit cold in the room but we are equipped enough to not feeling the cold.

Fabulous location.

Pros: The hotel has an incredible location with fabulous views of the nearby volcano and dramatic sunsets. I would highly recommend booking a room with a mountain view. This room has a large patio with seating and great views of trees, volcanoes and beautiful sunsets. The room itself was very spacious. It had a comfortable bed and seating area and a large wardrobe with a safe. There is a heater in the room which is very effective. Just ask the staff how it works. The bathroom is small but functional. There is hot water although the shower isn't very strong. The lighting in the room and patio area is excellent and well thought out. The hotel makes a great base for visiting Cerro Verde National Park and for doing the trek up the Santa Ana volcano. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons: The food at the restaurant is really mediocre and given the size of the menu there are very few healthy options. When staying at the hotel with no independent transport you are stuck with whatever is on offer at the hotel restaurant.

Pros: Beautiful hotel with some incredible views. We had a room with a garden view and felt like we woke up in the jungle. The bed was really comfortable and the room incredibly spacious. The volcano can be seen from the restaurant or balcony area. Food was delicious and there were plenty of options, even for us vegetarians. It was the perfect place to relax in after climbing the volcano in the morning.

Cons: The shower was a little weak, but still worked perfectly fine.

Excellent view, and very comfortable

Pros: I loved the beautiful view, the comfort and the good people that works there. I proposed to my girlfriend there and they were very helpful setting all the decorations.

Surrendered by nature

Pros: The place is fantastic: location (surrounded by nature), staff, food (simple and delicious), room (spacious and comfortable). We had a great view of the volcano Izalco.

Cons: The bathroom needs some hooks for the towels

Stylish hotel conveniently located for Santa Ana volcano hike.

Pros: The location ( being a 5 min walk to start of Santa Ana volcano hike) and the view of the Izalco volcano from hotel restaurant and terrace are the highlights of this hotel. We stayed 2 nights and the 1st day there was too much mist so we didn’t see much, the 2nd day however the view was spectacular! Keep this in mind if you book a volcano view room as you may not get the view! Friendly staff in reception.

Cons: The restaurant was too cold for me, bring a jacket. Also food was just ok, nothing special. Note that there is no hotel lounge to relax in only the restaurant and hotel bedrooms. There are food stalls in the car park ( where the hike starts) and a cafe just off the car park, these can be an alternative to the hotel restaurant.

Perfect place to enjoy scenery and visit Vulcano.

Pros: Perfectly situated when planning to visit the Volcano and enjoy the scenery. Spacious room with amazing view. Very friendly, responsive and nice staff.

Cons: The food is improvable. Especially dinner was unfortunately a bit cold and not so tasty. Maybe because of Easter time and a lot of outside people being there to eat. Very loud music in the restaurant.

Comfiest beds ever - and views to die for

Pros: Beautiful hotel in an extremely beautiful setting. The views are to die for, room was very spacious and clean, the beds were the comfiest of my life and service was impeccable.
