Amazing views on the river

Pros: Great location. The views are amazing and the deck makes all the difference - it completely changes the experience in this hotel. Large room and comfortable beds.

Cons: Service is a bit slow, staff not very friendly. Shower needs improvement (lack of water pressure). Only one option available for breakfast.

A wonderful little oasis by the lake

Pros: We had a brief stay here whilst on a 5 day trip to El Salvador . It’s really quite an oasis . It has a fabulous spot by the lake with kayaking and jet skis all available. We tried kayaking but were useless ! Food was good too . My partner really enjoyed his fish . It was super secure and the whole area was super safe .

Cons: Nothing really . Our TV didn’t work . The manager tried to sort it out but it wasn’t possible We got a free cocktail instead ! A win !

Pros: Staff was very friendly and provided excellent service and arrangements for a boat tour. It has available for free kajacks and paddle board. The view is incredible with a very nice pool

Stunning lakeside hotel with a great relaxed luxury vibe.

Pros: This is a stunning property. Photographs do not do it justice. The setting is absolutely beautiful and the architecture of the building is equally as impressive, from the public area staircases to the swimming pool and beyond. Service was excellent and the food was decent but perhaps the hotels weakest feature. Great place for a romantic break. If we return to El Salvador, we would definitely schedule to stay here again.

Cons: For the money we paid, I felt that we were being treated to cautiously almost idk. - checked room before we left ? Why what would be take bed ?! Tv?! - charges $5 for the mini fridge and is locked- just weird- wants deposit ok but do it a check in not after we comfortable - only gave one robe- two people -We had hard time finding at night because we did not recognize the moon pattern on the sign - but some bamboo divided up on patio dividing the lake view rooms so you don’t view your neighbor sitting on patio
