Period property in Concepción de Ataco.
Pros: This is a lovely old colonial property with a central courtyard. It is located right in the centre of town within close walking distance of everything. The room was comfortable and everything in the bathroom worked. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good and the cocktails were well made. It was a pity that only three breakfast options were included in the price. All other options were extra for some reason even though they cost the same.
Cons: The room was quite dark as there were only two small windows high on the wall closed with wooden shutters. The room and the hotel are noisy due to street noise from traffic and people congregating in that area. Ear plugs are provided. The hotel could do with a few more areas offering comfortable seating outside of the rooms.

Great stay, beautiful garden, room, and staff! Definitely recommend!
Pros: We loved our stay, the garden was beautifully maintained, the staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The food was really good, we had dinner at the restaurant and it hit the spot!
Cons: Our rooms were just behind the restaurant, we were woken up by other guests in the dining area about 6.30am which was ideal, breakfast didn’t start til later, so it would have been good to keep the restaurant closed to ensure the other loud guests didn’t disturb us. Otherwise everything else was great!

Beautiful property with wonderful staff
Pros: The property was beautiful. Our room was perfect- the location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful We also loved being able to have breakfast in the garden.

Pros: I honestly can’t think of anything bad to say about this place and the service we received. I have never been treated with this amazing service at any hotel that I have stayed at. The staff went far and beyond to get us whatever we needed at anytime. This place will be my to go to every time I visit Ataco. Thank you Casa Degraciela! You were amazing!

Pros: Un oasis en el centro de Ataco 🤍 Si estás dudando donde alojarte, aquí es un acierto seguro! Decorado con personalidad y autentico. A tu llegada el personal te ayuda con tu maleta, son profesionales y muy atentos. El patio interior desprende paz, armonia, seguridad. Una belleza. El restaurante es una maravilla y el personal siempre atento y servicial. La habitacion muy limpia y con flores naturales, la cama y almohadas muy comodas. Tienen el parqueo a unas cuadras pero el gran equipo se encargada de llevar y traer el coche. Una maravilla de hotel y equipo con corazón.
Cons: Por decir algo, nuestra habitación estaba ubicada cerca de la cocina y los olores se filtraban hasta nuestra habitación, también los ruidos de la calle.

Pros: Mycket nära centrum, med gångavstånd till allt. Personalen var mycket trevlig och väldigt hjälpsamma med allt.
Cons: Med tanke på priset så var den inkluderade frukosten inte mycket att jubla över. Den var både liten och ganska tråkig. Betalade man för annan frukost var den säkert bra, men som sagt, den inkluderade var inte bra. Återigen, med tanke på priset för hela boendet hade vi ändå räknat med att den skulle vara bättre.

El encanto esta en los detalles.
Pros: La ubicacion es excelente. Te saludan por tu nombre y hay muchos detalles personalizados donde el huesped se siente incluido.
Cons: Que el parqueo no estaba cerca. Pero cabe aclarar que tienen valet parking incluido.
