Fantastic views , close to the centre

Pros: Absolutely stunning views from the bedrooms. Really friendly and helpful staff. Huge rooms and comfy beds.

Cons: Perhaps a bit more choice for breakfast

Spacious rooms in relatively quiet neighbourhood

Pros: My room was very spacious, you could even say with various sections. As it is a bit outside downtown, there`s not too much traffic around the hotel. Views from the balcony above town and to the volcanoes is great. Staff was very nice and hospitable even when I one evening arrived with a street dog feeling very well in the hotel lobby.

Pros: The stuff very friendly Breakfast was really good The place is on a great location

Pros: local breakfast included, freshly prepared. rooms were large with a very good view of the volcanoes, small gated parking lot, convenient location walkable to everywhere in town

Cons: AC was a bit noisy but worked, street noise can be loud at night, we had no hot water in our shower despite trying multiple times of day

Great place with a great view!

Pros: The facilities and the view from the rooms were beautiful! You could see the lush green and 2 volcanoes from the room! The staff was very friendly and the lobby area was nice. People were leaving a private event when we got there so they offer event spaces as well. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The roads were poorly lit and it felt a little sketchy getting there, but once we got there we felt welcome and comfortable.

Pros: Ein riesiges, sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtetes Zimmer mit viel natürlichem Licht. Ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit allem drum und dran (sogar mit Föhn). Aber das beste ist die Aussicht! Atemberaubender Blick auf Dorf, Kathedrale und...die Vulkane! Auch die Lage ist toll, in wenigen Minuten ist man bei der Plaza und doch ist es Nachts angenehm ruhig und man kann getrost bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Das Frühstück ist einfach, traditionell, frisch zubereitet und von hoher Qualität.

Cons: Das Personal ist freundlich aber etwas unbeholfen. Es sollte mehr proaktiv kommuniziert werden. Z.B. wenn das Wasser kurzzeitig ausfällt oder wenn das Tor nachts geschlossen wird. Mein Tipp ist es sich davon nicht abschrecken zu lassen, sich das top Preisleistungsverhältnis vor Augen zu halten und das Personal halt selber zu fragen.

Traumblick vom Bett aus

Pros: Der Ausblick war faszinierend und die Zimmergröße unübertroffen. Bester Blick von Balkon und Bett aus. Endlich wirklich warmes Wasser. Es hätte nicht besser sein können. Großer Komfort, kleiner Preis, freundliche und hilfsbereite Leute. Sehr nah an der Bushaltestelle, zu Fuß ins Zentrum 5 Minuten.

Cons: Ich musste nach ein paar Dingen extra fragen, die dann aber sofort erledigt wurden (z.B. Nachfüllen der Seife).

¡Super recomendable!

Pros: Todo. Pero es muy buena la ubicación (cerca del centro pero también de la parada de ómnibus, tanto de la del que llega de Santa Ana como de la de los que recorren la Ruta de las flores). Muy amable el personal y muy ricos los desayunos. La habitación es grande, más bien como un pequeño apartamento, con sillones, mesa y sillas. Además mi habitación tenía una pequeña terraza con una linda vista del centro. Y obviamente, como su nombre lo indica, preciosas vistas desde el comedor.

Cons: Nada. A lo sumo diría que el agua de la ducha salía tibia, nunca caliente. Pero como hace mucho calor tampoco era desagradable la temperatura (y yo no soporto bañarme con agua fría).
