Pros: Very comfortable hotel with a restaurant with a great view over the mountains. The room was perfect. Car parking facilities were also useful.

Great stay in Atanco

Pros: Very nice small hotel with super friendly staff and amazing views. Lots of breakfast options and also great snack platters for the afternoon with a tasty cocktail after a long day on their terrace. The road is uphill but perfectly durable with a regular car, just drive slowly, it’s only like 300 meter uphill.

Cons: No hot water, only lukewarm water (which is often in El Salvador, but not always). For this price and stars I definitely would expect hot water.

A lovely little hotel for a short stay in Ataco. Quiet and comfortable

Pros: It is a uniquely designed property beautifully situated up a small hill. Great views over the surrounding hills and mountains. The decor a combination of colourful plants and crafts which enhance the property’s look. Out room was on the top floor so we had a lovely view from the Juliet balcony. The bed was firm but comfortable. The towels were deliciously soft! We ate one dinner and had two breakfasts included in our rate. The food was very tasty and nicely presented and the staff very polite and friendly.

Cons: it would have been nice to have an in room safe

Pros: Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our bed was comfortable and the view from the room was beautiful. A nice breakfast was included and the grounds around the dining area are a lovely garden.

Cons: Beware that the road coming up to the hotel is on very poor condition.

Great potential needs work

Pros: Very comfortable bed. Good view. Our room was on the second floor, and we enjoyed looking down into the jungle. Breakfast excellent and other food we had was very well prepared.

Cons: Most of the appliances in our bathroom did not work properly the toilet could not be flushed . The man who came to repair it had a car key instead of a screwdriver and so was not successful. My husband lifted off the back every time we needed to flush it and held down the lever that was broken. No one followed up. The shower was at most lukewarm. They said they were fixing it soon, but we left without showering again. The outside of the hotel needs immediate attention as it is stained and needs cleaning and sweeping. Such a shame for a nice hotel
