Worth the visit, fantastic food in restaurant with amazing views

Pros: The view was amazing, the staff were friendly and attentive

Cons: The sink in the bathroom wasn’t great and lack of towels, there were a lot of steps to get to the pool which was cold

Great escape up in the hills quite close to the airport.

Pros: Amazing views from the room or restaurant. We had partly clouds but they usually move quite fast. All cabins are located on a quite steep hill downwards with quite some steps, but it’s definitely feasible. At the lowest part you will be rewarded with a nice infinity pool. We didn’t had the breakfast due to early flight but they seem to had great options. The food in the restaurant was also great with very friendly staff! It’s a 35min drive to the airport.

Cons: We were upgraded to the room with a bath, but there was so little water coming out of the tap that it would have taken hours to fill the bath (if there was enough hot water). The shower btw was OK. Balcony chairs were everything but comfortable, better place some comfortable chairs on the balcony to relax as well as in the room.

Pros: Super friendly staff, always here to help with a smile! Location is amazing, the view on the lake with a sensation of being lost in wild! And food at restaurant was really good.

Absolutely incredible experience staying at tres piedras

Pros: The views were absolutely beautiful and incredible. The staff was kind and amazing. Such a comfortable stay

Cons: It was a hike to get to the room haha. If you’re not in great shape it’ll be a little tiring but the views are worth it! Not a bad experience at all. Just something to take in mind

Pros: L'emplacement est super, avec une magnifique vue sur le lac et les montagnes/volcans. Les hébergements sont originales et modernes. Très bel endroit! La personne qui nous a accueilli était fort aidante et sympathique.

Cons: En hiver, la température peut descendre à 15-16 degrés. Il n'y avait malheureusement pas de couverture d'appoint ou d'option de chauffage sur la climatiseur mural. La porte coulissante donnant sur le balcon n'était pas étanche donc il faisait assez froid dans la chambre. Je suggère fortement à l'établissement de fournir une couverture chaude pour pallier à ceci.
