Pros: Near airport. Friendly staff. Clean and comfy. Only stayed overnight so didn’t use full facilities but it was exactly what we needed with a tasty breakfast too.

Pros: The hotel is handily located very near the airport. We ate our first Salvadoran dinner in the hotel restaurant which was quite good, and they have very good breakfast with large choice of local and international items, cold and warm.

Pros: Lovely hotel. Spacious rooms, great shower, beautiful pool. Both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were excellent. Staff friendly. Airport shuttle was great.

Pros: Staff at bar was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and staff were professional.

Cons: When I called the hotel staff member said shuttle service stopped at 10:00pm. According to a message I received from the hotel, the shuttle service stopped at 11:00pm.

Very worthy hotel, awesome gym.

Pros: I loved the gym, the best and most complete in any hotel I've been in. I really like the design of the hotel, plus how there is a big pool in the middle and places to relax. I liked the restaurant designed breakfast room, although the breakfast itself needs much improvement. Most of the staff was courteous, the best of the best customer service. Cleaning and restaurant crew were great and attentive, the front desk staff was more on the downside, although still courteous and respectful. The room (double bed) was pretty spacious, with a table and no sofa, had tile instead of carpet. The fridge in our room was not working, no microwave, there was a lockable safe, and there was an open place to hang clothes and a to iron.

Cons: The most disappointing part was the breakfast itself as there were not many options, not even to drink. The food was decent, although not that Salvadoran quality that we get at most El Salvador hotels. Few people had to wait to be seated too when it got too full. Lastly the washing/drying room was out of service.

Great place, conveniently located near airport!

Pros: The room was like an oasis after traveling around El Salvador for a week. There was an endless supply of hot water. The dinner buffet had a great selection of grilled/baked proteins, veggies, and deserts for $20 per person. The pool area was beautiful and clean. The location was so close to the airport, and the free shuttle and early breakfast buffet made for convenient travel.
