Nice stay

Pros: Nice place once your inside the premises, stayed for 1 night but I had everything I needed, A/C was great and also they had a shower with hot water(not that I used it but did test it) They have a restaurant and serve can beers.

Cons: I booked for 4 people but they only gave us 2 towels not that it reflects on the stay, we asked for 2 more and was given without any problems.

Nice place to satay in San Salvador

Pros: This is a very quite place and the rooms are big compared to other hotels. I liked the studio which I stayed.

A good city stay.

Pros: An excellent room with cooking facilities and a powerful shower (rare in El Salvador). Also an excellent mattress.

Cons: The wardrobe was sadly in a poor state, the shelves had collapsed.

Pros: Breakfast at the hotel was delicious. The staff was friendly and the villa was clean. I really enjoyed that the hotel was gated, so only guests can enter.

Cons: No elevators, so refrain from going crazy with the shopping.

Lovely staff and beautiful place and food

Pros: The staff were amazing, so kind and help us with everything, many delicious options for breakfast, you should order your breakfast with time. Everything is fresh

Pros: Staff was lovely, kind and helpful. Location was close to everything.

Cons: The cleaning of the rooms could be improved. When we arrived there were two used soaps in our shower. The towels and bed sheet had many stains.

Pros: This place is close to everything. Very spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Very secure. You can park inside and only guess can open the gate to go in or out. The owner is very friendly, humble, helpful and respectful.

We would stay here again with more communication about the things we didn't like.

Pros: The property is very secure with a large metal gate to get into the property and a short walk to a supermarket, though the property is a bit difficult to find on a side street. There is a large 3 bedroom apartment downstairs, which must have been the original structure. Some items had been updated but other items were older. It was plenty of space for our family of 5. There are 2 bathrooms which made it easier to get ready and a full kitchen, though we didn't really use that much. The 2nd floor is pretty new. Four rooms upstairs are very nice, where our extended family stayed, and there is a nice group dining area. The breakfast is inexpensive and very good (made to order). The communication with the owner was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The upstairs is really great, but the downstairs apartment is older and was fairly noisy. They are in the process of adding more rooms directly above the apartment and there was construction noise by probably 7:30am. We contacted the owner and he had them do quiet jobs, but it seems like they should not have been doing something like that early in the morning when people are coming for vacation. They could have communicated with us about our plans for times when we'd be out touring. Also, the staff prep kitchen is directly adjacent to the apartment and there is only a door between; and for some reason there are spaces above each of the doors (maybe for air flow?). It didn't wake my kids up, but I could hear noise all the way from the back bedroom. It's also a bit dark in the lower apartment. I would stay here again, but I would communicate about these items.

Cons: I like the technology that they use in their rooms. Very modernized.
