Great stay

Pros: Really good place, kind and polite staff, in general we had a great time with my wife

Great Location, great staff, & great food.

Pros: Amazing ocean side hotel with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. The room was clean and had an ocean view. Falling asleep to the waves crashing was peaceful. The access to the ocean during low tide was fantastic! Customer service by all the staff was exceptional. The food was delicious and all waiters were kind and attentive. The food took a while to be prepared but it was worth the wait. Overall great experience and will be recommending to others!

Cons: The only thing I wish the hotel provided is a car service to El Tunco beach or surrounding areas. They were able to call a taxi service for us but the drivers attended to other people. It would have been nice to have a dedicated driver provided by the hotel. Also, because it was a weekend, weddings were being held so it was a bit loud near our room but weddings ended before midnight and the windows blocked out the noice when closed.

Cons: Everything is 5 - 10 mins away. And I was charged extra because the advertised price did not include taxes..

It was great to be at the hotel

Vue incroyable

Pros: La vue sur l’océan, la piscine à débordement, le personnel attentionné et bienveillant. La chambre est bien climatisée sans bruit du climatiseur. Le nettoyage de la chambre est impeccable

Cons: Le bruit des travaux et dans le mur de la chambre (on croit que ce sont les trappes de ventilation) sont insupportables. Difficile pour le sommeil les bruits de rénovation. Odeur nauséabonde près de la piscine durant un après-midi. Pas d’activité près de l’hôtel mais on peut aller à pied à surf city à 15 minutes à pied

Excellent facilities and staff but linings and towels are old and over used and do not appear clean

Pros: The facilities and the staff were excellent and the breakfast were good too.

Cons: There was one disappointment with the cleaning part of this hotel. The linings and towels are not up to the beautiful facilities. The linings and towels are way over used and appeared dirty and stained. My wife was grossed out and could not used the towels to clean her face with. This was a disappointing part of the experience. If you stay at this hotel, bring your own towels.

Excellent stay

Pros: The facility is beautiful the rooms are very comfortable nd clean, the food was delicious, the pools are very clean breathtaking views. The staff was very nice nd respectful

Pros: Was great places and beautiful room 307 the best room but need it ad a sofa … and change new door at the shower is broken.
