Good hotel overall but wouldn’t come back because of cold showers

Pros: Excellent location Nice pool area Friendly staff AC in the room

Cons: No hot water (maybe it is common practice in the area but I did suffer a bit even in the hottest days) Basic room, nowhere to hang towels or clothes, no chair, no fridge.

Great stay

Pros: Nice, peaceful, spreadout hotel. Near everything but just far enough away you don't hear the bars at night. Clean, great staff, good breakfast.

Central but still quiet

Pros: Quirky room was Hobbit-like from the outside and spacious within. Breakfast served on our balcony was a good touch. Very convenient for the centre of El Tunco, but didn't notice any noise from the centre at night Comfortable hammocks.

Cons: Pool area a little basic. Staff weren't helpful with booking an onward taxi, just gave me a number.
