Great for relaxation

Pros: The hotel manager was lovely and helped us with any requests or issues we had. Love the rooms and pool very spacious and great for relaxing.

Lovely stay in El Tunco

Pros: Decoration, amazing staff , in the middle of El Tunco yet Not noisy

Pros: The Hotel is clean and well maintained by the hard working, attentive staff. The beds are comfortable and the AC works. Wifi was weak in our room, sometimes as low as 6, and you have to reconnect. But strong in the yard @ 100-600+mbp. Great location in a small, vibrant surf town. I'd recommend Hotel Zelen. It's a solid, value option.

Cons: No bed side lights, only 1 plug-in, in our 2 bedroom. No mini-fridge in rooms or common kitchen. No shelves or hooks in showers, which is inconvenient, although they do provide shampoo and body soap in dispensers on the wall. El Tunco quiet time is 1:30am, and it gets busy and loud on weekends! Hotel has a similiar quiet policy of 1am and allows guests to use pool until then as well. Very unusual. Imho, that's a bad policy. Keep the party in town and the Hotel quiet for guests. 11pm quiet and 10pm pool times are pretty typical.

Excellent

Pros: We loved staying in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and the location is perfect for going out in El Tunco at night.

Pros: Close proximity to the boardwalk, pubs, restaurants, surf board shop and assorted village shopping. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The wifi was decent and A/C worked well. The concierge was amicable and helpful. Zelen accommodated a late night check-in due to a late flight arrival. El Tunco was safe and secure with an adequate police presence.

Cons: The pool water was hot and the shower water was cold.

Pros: We loved the place and it is so close to the beach! Everyone was nice

Cons: The shared bathroom was not advertised- we didn’t mind but we would’ve liked to know in advance

Everything is walking distance and accessaible restaurants and convienve stores. I would definitaley stay again in Hote

Pros: Great location in the heart of El Tunco. Rooms were clean and very cozy comfortable.

Cons: No restaurant service at all and no refrigerator available inside the room.

Pros: Ecológico, a pasos de la playa, cerca de comercio, piscina, buena atención del personal

Cons: Un poco de ruido de bares cercanos , pero es mínimo

Pros: Las facilidades para ingresar y el check out no fue tan temprano...

Cons: El acceso vehicular necesita ser mas bajo, con facilidad se puede dañar un vehículo. Las zonas que se encuentran en obra podrian esconderse mejor...

Espectacular, la unicación perfecta

Pros: Cuartos limpios, piscina lo único son los baños compartidos con eso hubiera sido perfecto, sin embargo siempre estaba todo limpio
