Great stay

Pros: Beautiful building, great breakfast, good menu to order room service, comfortable bed

Cons: Nothing other than it is expensive

Good hotel in a great location.

Pros: The hotel is well located in a safe area of San Salvador. The room was a really good size and very comfortable. There was plenty of storage space and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and the water power in the shower was excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. It was really worth it to buy into a room with access to the executive premium lounge on the 10th floor. It really didn't cost that much more. Coffee and snacks available from 11am and from 5pm access to the bar. Three free alcoholic drinks for each person per night. The gin and tonics were excellent. I think each one had at least 4 measures of gin. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons: It's a rather old fashioned hotel which still has the shower over the bath. The water kept running hot then cold I'm guessing this depended on how many people were using it. The safe kept malfunctioning. The buffet breakfast was pretty poor.

Very good but with some modernisation needed

Pros: Extremely clean and effective staff! Very comfortable hotel with all the services available.

Cons: Very old lift systems that takes ages and never recognises the cards. Very noisy water system that it can be heard from rooms next door and can wake up at night

Fantastic stay

Pros: The hotel is very well kept and in a great location. The room was spacious, beds very comfortable, service impeccable and the hotel has the best breakfast I have ever seen anywhere, with three kinds of fresh juices to start with and such a wide variety of local and international foods. Also the pool was decent-sized, plus the clients could use a spa with two kinds of saunas and a jaccuzi.

Cons: I would expect better English skills at least from the reception staff.

Elegant stay with world class service

Pros: The check in was easy and we were given a complimentary drink ticket for the sports bar \

Cons: Lack of hot water, the shower itself was kind of clunky. There was SOME road noise at night but no more than would be expected while staying in the city

100% recommend for a comfortable stay in San Salvador.

Pros: Great hotel with good breakfast and amazing facilities (gym, spa, hot tub, pool).

Cons: Maybe a little bit understaffed at the bar. Please turn down the heat for the sauna, hammam, and hot tub.

Cons: Slippery in the bathroom, one dispenser for dhower on the ceiling

Pros: Location, staff, cleanliness, the restaurant, wifi, the view from the room, the amenities.

Cons: The elevators couldn't really handle the volume. It could easily take 5-7mins to get on one. The bed was really small for 2 people.

Pros: Clean, great location, super shower and confi beds. nice sportsbar and cafe!

Cons: Foodconcept in Lounge was unnecessary. All day food and snacks, no need, less would be more, less but fresh. however great service!

Pros: Fantastic service in all areas of the hotel. The food was fantastic and the VIP executive room access was great. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The location is great and the overall experience was fantastic.

Cons: Swimming pool temperature could be a little warmer, and there was paper in the pool.
