Great stay

Pros: Great hotel very quiet we had room facing the garden There are restaurants to walk to Staff very friendly we arranged pick up from the airport probably was over charged but was very convenient and a good ride $35 We managed to get uber to the historic part much cheaper then taxi We liked our stay here

Cons: We would suggest kettle in the room

Perfect location for visiting San Salvador

Pros: Location was good , walkable area with many restaurants. The bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast.

Pros: Beautiful room with huge bed. Hot water in the shower. Really friendly staff and on the day I arrived helped me arrange transport from a different part of the country. Desayuno típico was great.

Cons: It’s not very well signposted from the outside - just says “hotel”

great stay in Citlalli Hotel

Pros: Staff is very friendly and professional, there is always someone at the reception 24hrs a day, so it felt safe and you can leave your key with them and dont have to take it to the streets. The room was very clean, breakfast is included and was pretty good, too. The location in San Benito Neighbourhood is very convenient too, I always felt safe even walking at night. In the end I ended up staying more nights than I had planned in this hotel.

Overall an affordable hotel in a safe location.

Pros: Safe location steps away from lots of bars, restaurants and 2 coffee shops right next door. The staff were super helpful and so nice.

Pros: This hotel was beautifully done out inside. The room was a good size, beautifully finished and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you for a great stay. Also, it is very close to some great restaurants.

Pros: Really good location, felt incredibly safe. The hotel was quiet despite there being a lot of night life nearby. Clean & comfortable, nicely decorated rooms.

Cons: The air conditioning was a little noisy when you first turned it on. The bedside light globes continued to glow after turning them off, we had to unscrew them to get the. To turn off.
