Good hotel

Pros: The location is ideal for visiting the Dr. David J. Guzmán National Museum. Or have a meal at one of the better restaurants in San Salvador. If you have a car, you can park it at the hotel, which is guarded. The hotel has a nice old-school motel vibe. I really enjoyed it.

Cons: The rooms are a bit outdated. With some simple renovations, this hotel would be perfect!

Pros: We had an amazing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially the gentleman at the reception - unfortunately I didn’t remember his name, but he made us feel truly cared for. Since we had an early departure, the team kindly prepared our breakfast the night before and left it in the fridge for us. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The à la carte breakfast was delicious with very generous portions. The hotel is centrally located but still in a quiet, peaceful area. We would happily stay here again!

Pros: Exceeded our expectations. Staff were super kind. Rooms were clean and a nice size. Even had a mini fridge. Nice pool area. Breakfast was fantastic every morning. Highly recommend the hotel. Walking distance to everything you need. Huge mall just one block away. Lots of restaurants near by. Close to historical area as well.

Lovely and a hidden private gem in a busy area

Pros: Location, location location. Set up (cute pool area, gardens, privacy inside). Very good value for money.

Cons: I like it all - only minor detail was that the restaurant could not be accessed (door was locked on the inside and nobody responded when I rang the doorbell). But thats not a big issue as there are many wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood

Pros: The location is very handy for restaurants and bars. The hotel is quiet and has a small pool for cooling off. The staff were very nice. Decent value

Cons: Might be subjective but the coffee was poor. The handrail into the pool needs fixing and room 1 (our room) could do with a bit of sharpening up / redecorating.

Pros: - We had a great experience with the hotel's airport pickup service, which was well-organized and worked perfectly. - The hotel is conveniently located next to a large mall, making shopping and dining very accessible. - We felt safe throughout our stay. - There was always hot water available. - All communication was only in Spanish.

Pros: Room was larger than expected, had a working refrigerator, breakfast buffet was fine. Location is perfect if you want to be in San Benito.

Cons: Whilst we were there, the power supplies went off for several hours overnight.

Quiet oasis in the middle of San Salvador

Pros: From the moment we checked in, we were super pleased. Great location and surprisingly quiet for downtown San Salvador. Javier the front desk clerk was super sweet and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was delish and the room we had was very comfortable with all we needed. The pool was a great touch in a hot hot city. We highly recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Pros: The breakfast and outside areas were brilliant. Staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful.

Cons: Rooms are quite dated.

Pros: Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were very friendly. The location was perfect, easy to get around.

Cons: Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed due to maintenance at our second stay. We wanted actually to return to the hotel, as it has a pool, but we couldn't use it at the end. One of the guards were not so friendly. We wrote the hotel a message, however, we received no reply.
