Pros: Everything. Out of the 15 hotels or so in El Salvador that I have stayed in this year - this should be considered one of the best. Maybe not ultra modern but extremely comfortable, spacious well equipped room, flexibility to clients (24/7 room service, bar, laundry) leisure (pool, gardens with peacocks!). Staff is busy focused on clients and always offering solutions. After my first night immediateky decided to prolong my initial 3 night stay with three additional nights. Not to mention the great location. Love it.

Cons: I loved EVERYTHING

Pros: Great location, good wifi and excellent fillet steak on the menu. Also, a nice touch to see peacocks strutting around the gardens and the swimming pool area - they live on-site.

Comfortable, old-school elegance, and even heads of state have stayed here.

Pros: The area is beautiful, modern, safe, and peaceful. (We particularly enjoyed the neighboring art museum. We had an exceptionally delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant, where the culinary quality exceeded our expectations. The reception staff demonstrated exemplary professionalism and flexibility, resolving our issues efficiently and accommodating our requests promptly. The swimming pool is spacious.

Cons: The Wi-Fi connection frequently drops. Despite the elegant appearance, carpet flooring has long ceased to be a hygienic choice. While we didn't notice any signs of wear and tear in the hallways or rooms, it was evident that vacuuming might not be entirely effective.

Pros: the staff were super helpful and eager to make our stay enjoyable and confortable.

Pros: Clean spacious and nice view to the pool and inner garden

Cons: The food at the Marquis bar was overpriced and not really tasty

The Presidente Hotel will continue to be a first stop in all my trips to El Salvador.

Pros: I love the location and the ambiance. It really gives you that sense of relaxation and vacation experience. The staff were always very professional and courteous from the bellman to the staff in the cleaning crew. They were always there with a smile ready to assist. We arrived earlier than the usual checkin and were able to check in as soon as the rooms were made ready. The luggage stayed safely secured at the front desk while we were able to enjoy the garden and the restaurant. The evenings were also very relaxing in the lounge area. Food was always delicious and the restaurant staff again was superb. The rooms were so as always nice, clean and very comfortable. The Mall across the hotel is such a great and convenient thing. The San Benito area is again super easy to navigate with shops and restaurants and Museums. Overall I absolutely love this hotel, and have been coming back each time I travel back to ES.

Cons: It could use a facelift. The outside needs a coat of paint to give it the Grand Lux feel it used to have. It really needs a little bit of face lift. Also either install or make sure the bathroom exhaust fan are in working other. That always a plus.
