Good Value In A Very Nice Location

Pros: Very attentive and friendly bilingual staff. Modern and very new looking property in a quiet neighborhood near many restaurants and shops.

Cons: Some rooms have very small bathrooms and limited natural light.

My staying at The Diamond Hotel was fantastic.

Pros: What I like the most about the property was the facility itself. The rooms are spacious, the amenities are excellent. The location is great and safe.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Elsy was very attentive and went out of her way to assist.

Pros: The hotel is very clean and located in a residential neighborhood There are restaurants walking distance but you need to cross busy intersections to get to them.

Cons: No negative comments.

Pros: A propriedade é excelente, com tudo novo. O quarto tem um tamanho muito bom, e o banheiro é bem grande. A cama super confortável. A localização é perfeita, bem na zona rosa. A equipe do hotel é fantástica, muito atenciosos e prestativos. Deixo aqui meu reconhecimento para a recepcionista, cujo nome infelizmente esqueci. Sem dúvida ficarei aqui numa nova passagem pela cidade.

Cons: Não há nada que não tenha gostado, mas registro duas sugestões para deixar ainda melhor o hotel. A primeira é ter uma garrafa de café na recepção/hall, pois muitas vezes chegamos com vontade de tomar um café, ainda mais em um país famoso pela qualidade dos grãos produzidos. Como segunda sugestão, o café da manhã oferecido podia ser repensado e ter muito mais itens, poiso oferecido é muito fraco, com pouquíssimas opções, fazendo com que tenhamos que tomar café em alguma cafeteria.

Pros: Location is excellent! It’s very accessible to a variety of shopping centers and great restaurants. The hotel is modern and very clean. The staff is excellent, helpful, and very knowledgeable in all subjects.

Pros: The property is in a residential area and it’s centrally located to restaurants. This is a boutique hotel with extremely good security and very clean and comfortable rooms with air conditioner. I had to quickly look for a location and I’m so happy we chose this hotel. The manager, Elsie, was extremely helpful and a delight. She was able to help with the shuttle from the airport, making us feel extremely comfortable traveling into San salvador. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Cons: The rooms, although extremely clean, were small and the bathroom was rather small and oddly constructed. We were on the second floor and although Elsie was there to help, the steps are hard to bring suitcases up and down.
