Remfort Hotel

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Nicolle who assisted us with a bathroom problem and gave us some recommendations for Santa Ana and surrounding. Good location, around 10 mins walk to the town centre, where one could find a wide range of restaurants and street food (and the Christmas market when we visited). Nearby bus stops to visit La Ruta de Las Flores with the chicken bus.

Cons: We got a room facing the main street despite having requested for a quiet room in advance. Breakfast was ok.

Business type hotel near old ciy

Pros: Modern business style hotel within an easy walk of the central square. The actual location is nothing special but there are surprisingly good views from the upper floor terrace. The rooms are large and comfortable, good beds and showers. Secure parking available. Breakfast is good and is served quickly. Available early which is good for day trips like a volcano climb.

Small quality hotel in heart of Santa Ana

Pros: Simple and quality hotel in heart of Santa Ana. Staff were really helpful and helped with an early check in as well as storing my luggage whilst I did the volcano hike. Nice breakfast and good sized rooms with comfortable beds. I only stayed one night but it was perfect for that!

Cons: The property is on a road opposite the gas station so you do hear the noise throughout the night. If possible ask for a room not on the roadside!

Pros: Great place for a few days' rest. Close to the city centre yet easy to get to. Excellent parking safe and secure for motorcycle travellers. Luis and Mario were excellent attendants. The room was spacious and comfortable and the air-conditioning a welcome relief to the heat. Pool was clean. Breakfast was very tasty with several options to choose from. Close to various eating options.

Santa Ana vacation

Pros: Breakfast was great with various options. Clean modern new hotel. Short walk to the historic centre of Santa Ana. Easy to check in and out. The famous BAN BAN bakery is also next door which offers great options for brunch and afternoon snacks. Good variation of beverage in the shop at the hotel lobby.

Cons: Slippery floor in the shower, be careful.

very good option for Santa Ana

Pros: pleasantly surprise by the hotel's facilities, didn't expect this type of hotel in the heart of Santa Ana.

Cons: the room had a poor view to the street, there was a lot of noise from passing cars during the night, also the afternoon sun hit the windows directly.

Amazing stay, would defently stay there again

Pros: I stayed at this facility twice, the first time I traveled with my husband. The second time on my own. The facilities are great the atmosphere is nice, the staff is superb. The locations is walking distance to alot of restaurants and to the Santa ana cathedral. They offer parking and security 24 hrs. The only downnpart is that it's in a very high traffic area so mornings are abit noisy but they offer ear plugs. With the stay they also offer breakfast and the building has a very nice pool area, among other balconies and seating just to hang out.So over all great facility to stay in. Hope this review helps.

Pleasant modern city centre hotel

Pros: Only here one night having arrived by shuttle late in the day. Check in was excellent and the staff friendly. A modern and very clean hotel. Our receptionist could not have been more helpful!

Cons: Swimming pool is where people also hold meetings and eat so not the best environment to put one's \

Very good quality hotel

Pros: Rooms are modern, very spacious with a comfortable bed and one of the best showers of our entire trip. Breakfast can be ordered the night before and delivered to your room from 6.30am, a big advantage for early starts.

Cons: There is some road noise but this did not impact too much and they do provide earplugs if required.

Pros: Everything was good. The hospitality of the staff was very good. Mr. Jaime helped us a lot.
