Friendly little place in good location

Pros: The staff were all excellent. Friendly happy and extremely helpful. The location is very convenient. Close to restaurants, cafes, supermarket and parks. I found the bed comfortable.

Comfortable stay in the center of Santa Tecla

Pros: Comfortable hotel and clean room one block from El Carmen church. Friendly and helpful staff, quick and flexible check-in. We left early in the morning to catch our flight, so we didn't take advantage of the included breakfast.

Pros: All good, Great location, beautiful Patio, big rooms.

Cons: Would be good to have two bed sheets instead of one)

Pros: The service was excellent, I would recommend 100% to anyone. The staff are more than friendly and go out of their way to make the stay comfortable. I will certainly come back. The location is great.

It is a good hotel, I hope I can come back.

Pros: I liked the hostess, she is the best! When we arrived at the hotel on Friday March 31st, she explained to us great details about the area, restaurants and the hotel, she was super nice and polite. I hope she gets a raise or gets promoted, my wife and I were very happy with her customer service. The hotel is clean, it is located near to very great areas, the area is safe and overall it is a great hotel!

Cons: A girl from the hotel that arrived on Saturday, I noticed she was cleaning and doing other things but she was not nice, this is the only reason why I am not giving a 10. She hushed Indian people that were just talking at 11 am where tables and chairs are, also when we left she was annoyed to one of my friend because the remotes were left in the room and not given to her, she is not nice at all. There was even a challenge for breakfast but I will not mention it because the man who was there handled it well (good customer service), the only problem I had is this lady who is not nice to people.

Pros: El desayuno bueno, pero debe haber variación, la ubicación buena , el sitio muy seguro y los alrededores muy bueno.

Cons: Todo fue bueno, la atención del personal, excelente, todo me gusto.

Pros: El personal que labora en el hotel son muy amables, serviciales. Muy disponibles a lo que uno necesita para orientaciones y apoyo El desayuno delicioso sirven tinto, huevos, tajada de queso, molo de frijoles, platano frito y pan La ubicación del lugar es espectacular hay restaurantes para almuerzo en la misma cuadra o enfrente economicos y de buen sabor , o su alrededor hay lindos restaurantes mas lujosos, a una cuadra hay un supermercado y a dos cuadras un dolar city Excelente ubicacion

Cons: La paredes de la habitacion en el armario donde se cuelga la ropa estan manchadas sucias y pared del baño tambien, el baño huele muy feo pero se controlo el olor con un producto que lo colocaron.

Excelente hotel

Pros: El personal q nos recibio en especial la señora Corina fue muy atenta y amable con nosotros, nos sentíamos en casa y la comida deliciosa... Muy recomendado

Cons: Hay zancudos pero poquitos

Pros: El lugar muy seguro, el personal super amable, siempre dispuestos a colaborar, es limpio y está ubicado en un lugar muy bonito, puedes salir a caminar tranquilamente y tiene muchos restaurante cerca

Estancia cómoda a buen precio.

Pros: Calidad-precio excelente, una ubicación súper céntrica en Santa Tecla. Todos muy amables, la señora de cocina, la de limpieza y el señor de la puerta en la noche, muy cordiales. El sitio muy tranquilo y silencioso. El desayuno el mismo todos los días pero muy rico.

Cons: Quizá podrían mejorar la limpieza de las paredes blancas y el olor del lavatorio. El café, quizá por cultura, muy ralito.
