We had an excellent stay and comfort, hopefully we’ll return

Pros: We truly enjoyed the breakfast Buffett, it was delicious. The rooms and beds were wonderful, we booked 3 rooms and mine had a jacuzzi, thank you so much I truly enjoyed it. Housekeepers and bellboys were so polite and wonderful smiles. The four of us truly enjoyed the hotel, rooms, and breakfast, the pool had great water

The stay overall was in a great spot, the location felt safe and also easy to get to.

Pros: I loved our view of the mountains. I really enjoyed the big balcony and I really enjoyed how pleasant and quiet our space and area was. The check-in process overall was fast and easy. The lobby personnel seemed polite and kind everytime I interacted with them.

Cons: I did not like how we paid extra for the room to be available early but it was ready as early as we needed it. We waited in the lobby for sometime with all of our luggages and there was a business group there that seemed annoyed with all of our luggages being in the lobby.

Pros: La comida ! La señora que hace las pupusas excelentes.

Cons: Las fechas de mi alojamiento habían muchas fechas por festividades y en la habitación se escuchaba. La recepción al momento del check in recomendaría un poco más de amabilidad.
