Amazing Salvadorean Modern Hotel

Pros: The hotel design, location, staff, food and amenities (pool bar) were amazing. Super close to everything.

Cons: I liked everything about the hotel but the traffic was a little crazy allover San Salvador. Definitely a happening city.

Pros: Beautifully designed property, and the room itself was gorgeous. A really comfortable bed, and the location was great - I never had to wait more than 1 minute for an Uber to Zona Rosa or Centro Histórico. Good shower, and the first hotel I encountered in Central America with US port chargers! All the staff were really friendly - receptionist, room cleaners, and bar and restaurant workers.

Cons: Very minor but one of the blinds in room 417 didn't work on the second night. Luckily I'm a heavy sleeper! Also I had to ask for room 417 to be cleaned after my first night. I had the 'do not disturb' sign on my room but this was removed after 9am - would have been nice for cleaners to have checked again as when I got back at 3pm, it hadn't been cleaned. Minor, but for the hotel's price point, something I would expect to have been done automatically.

Pros: New money hotel. Location perfect. Very spacious bathroom and bedrooms. Many amenities. Great interior design choices and colour schemes. Beautiful rooftop bar and pool for sunset

Cons: Car service offered. However no in-house tours available. Restaurant good but could do with more vegetarian and gluten free options

Fantastic and fun

Pros: It’s modern, clean, secure and well situated. Great gym. Staff were wonderful.

Cons: Hard to get taxi pick up and no designated smoking area.

Always coming back!

Pros: Located between several malls, the Hyatt centric is also close to downtown and the pretty Colonia Escalon area. The high quality, colorful and inviting design of all the areas in the hotel gives a feeling of luxury but comfort.

Cons: I would be so happy about more warm vegan options for breakfast.

Location, energy and friendliness - Hyatt Centric has it all!

Pros: First Impression of San Sal exceeded expectation with my stay here. The team is very friendly and always greets you with a big smile. Quality of the hotel is amazing. Planned to stay 1 night and ended up with 3, if that's not saying enough!

Cons: It would be helpful to provide a thin sheet for sleeping additionally to the duvet.

Pros: Beautiful hotel with an amazing team that takes care of you. The breakfast was healthy, fresh, colorful and delicious. One of the reasons I extended my stay several times. The location is perfect to explore San Sal and the beach area, go shopping and meet people.

Cons: A few more vegetarian, vegan options for breakfast would be great.

Over all it was nice.

Pros: Last year, breakfast was included. I was disappointed that it was not included this time. I requested it at the front desk but it was not denied. I am not very happy about this.
