Pros: The hotel is very well located in a safe neighborhood. Breakfast is good, and so is cleanliness and support form front desk and room service. For a bunisess trip is a no brainer to stay here.

A very nice hotel with great ameneties and in a good location.

Pros: The checkin was quick and the staff were very helpful and spoke good english. The room was spacious and very clean . The bed was super comfortable. The shower was hot and powerful.the breakfast was very good lots of choice.

Pros: Conformtable bed, clean clean clean Breakfast was great, there are a lot of varieries smoothies, fruits, pupusas etc.

Cons: We booked for three but we didnt, have enough towel, cups and other amenities. The bathroom door lock was broken. But overall it is very confortable

Viaje Familiar a San Salvador

Pros: La ubicación del hotel es excelente muy cercana a restaurantes, cafés, oficinas de negocios, centros comerciales. El acceso al hotel en horas pico es un poco complicado, pero esta en una muy buena zona (Santa Elena). La atención de todo el personal del restaurante es muy buena, son muy amables y con una actitud de servicio excepcional; desde el capitán, asistentes y meseras.

Cons: La atención del personal (botones) no nos ayudaron con las maletas, viendo que llegamos en vehículo con placas extranjeras (turistas no nacionales). Estaba dedicándose atender a vehículos con placas nacionales (salvadoreñas). Solicitamos una habitación en el nivel mas alto que tuvieran disponible, pero nuestra habitación daba hacia un costado de la calle y se escuchaba mucho el ruido exterior. El desayuno buffet no tiene tanta variedad, deberían tener mas opciones de comida saludable (light).
