The Views Resort

Lovely facilities with incredible service.

Pros: A new clean resort with a lovely large bedroom, good shower, good pool with sun beds. The staff from management to the restaurant and the maids are incredibly They kept the facilities so clean.

Good quality rooms and helpful staff, but isolated and lacking some social aspects

Cons: We were left in doubt regarding our airport transfer, which was not confirmed after a week of communication and we ended up taking a taxi from the airport. The location is also quite isolated – we had to take Ubers to go to dinner, to see nice beaches, etc. The grounds themselves were very nice though and the staff did their best to assist when we were there. The room locks are also very tricky and were not explained to us on arrival – I had several instances where it took an extraordinary amount of time to actually leave my room because I couldn’t lock the door. finally, as others have reviewed, the bar was inconsistent in it’s opening hours. The security guard was more than helpful in allowing us to buy some cans of soft drink but we would have liked a more festive and social environment then buying cans of soft drink to mix with rum in our room.

Great stay

Pros: The room was great – super comfortable, with a nice hot shower. There was also a good bar where you could order different options for lunch and dinner. The pool area was really pleasant too. It’s close to the beach (although the beach itself isn’t anything special), but we really enjoyed our stay! We highly recommend it.

Pros: C’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons ici car nous avions passé un excellent moment et que tout était confortable.

Cons: Cette fois ci nous avons payé plus cher mais la chambre était un peu moins bien au rez de chaussée, car il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain et la douche avec moins d’eau. Cela restait tout de même bien.

Pros: Tout était parfait ! Propre, personnel très attentionné, douche avec pression et eau chaude, lits confortables. Piscine agréable avec beaucoup de transats. Parking privé. Baffle dans la chambre. Bon restaurant. À côté de la plage à pied.

Pros: Limpio , buenas instalaciones y una playa cercana

Cons: Esta lejos del centro de zonte hay que tomar auto

Bueno.

Pros: Es limpio , buen servicio al cliente y cercanía a la playa. Construcción reciente y camada cómoda.

Cons: La habitación no tenía vista al mar cómo dice la descripción ( el hotel no tiene vista al mar), sería mejor tener una puerta tradicional en lugar de una corrediza que resta privacidad y aislamiento acústico ( necesario por la zona ).

Delightful. I was very pleased with my stay!

Pros: Great staff, very friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and very nice. Food was very good. Short walk to the beach is wonderful. Quite area to enjoy the beach and excellent hotel.

Cons: A little more breakfast choices that are included for the free breakfast. Road to the resort was a bit bumpy & not too much else to do in the area but that wouldn't stop me from going again.
