Pros: The service, our server was exceptional. All staff members treated us really well and were always very resourceful for answering questions

Cons: I’d say the food vendors outside the hotel gate , on the beach side. One comes to enjoy their stay and not have one obligate them to buy something.

Decent

Pros: Close to beach. The staff brought breakfast to the room on time. The taxi transportation to the airport arranged by the staff was convenient.

Cons: The bed was not comfortable at all. It was metally. The sheets had stains and hair. The bathroom were not cleaned. The area was beached was filled with trash and wild dogs and cats drinking out of the pool.

I would stay again

Pros: It was under construction. The staff were really accommodating. The food was really good, and the views were phenomenal. Once you overlook other things reviewers say the positives stick right out. I would stay there again. Put up the extra money for a room with a terrace and you won't be disappointed.

Great place to find PEACE

Pros: Very nice and quiet location. Relaxing and peaceful. Staff was helpful and friendly. Shut out to Melvin (front desk) Henry (waiter) Norma (cleaning). Good breakfast, room nice and cozy.

Cons: If I had a complaint it's that the location is being remodeled so a little noisy. If you expect hot water you will not get it. That was not the issue for me, it was the shower hear. The water did not come out as a shower but as a water hose.
