Pros: Beautiful location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great food

Cons: Easier way to contact the hotel, was difficult to reach them when we were on our way

Great hotel staff and the hotel was 2 minutes by foot to the Pacific Ocean

Pros: Perfect place for passing jet lag. Not so many guests so it was very relaxing. The staff was nice and helpful

Cons: It could be cleaner, WiFi wasn’t so good.

Very much enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Loved the place layout. The restaurant and pools conveniently located. The pool on the adult side was nice and big. For us the added bonus was hot water for showering. Staff were very friendly, and helpful. Accommodating at the restaurant with food orders.

Cons: The road to get there was not so great and a little confusing, specially at night. A bell to the parking entrance would be an improvement. I would also suggest small bags for the washroom garbage.

Pros: It was clean, staff was very attentive and it had a nice shower with hot water.

Cons: The road getting there was pretty crazy but that’s how it is with most remote beach front areas.

Excelente lugar de Descanso y maravilloso comida

Pros: La atención del personal de restaurante, siempre atenta y muy amable, la calidez del personal fue sin duda alguna lo más notable, el excelente descanso fue excelente por el ambiente y el alrededor del área. Pero algo que nos encantó muchísimo la comida, sin duda alguna se degustó muchísimo (almuerzo)

Cons: Que la piscina principal, estuviera en mantenimiento por ello, no estaba disponible para uso de los huéspedes, se que no depende del hotel pero la carretera por las lluvias presentaba charcos grandes, talvez chequear el tema del agua caliente, aunque no es necesario por el maravilloso clima (pero por los niños)..

Observe una venta ilegal de huevos de tortugas

Pros: La habitación, estaba bien, camas cómodas pero algo pequeña para dos personas.

Cons: Al momento del check out del hotel ingresaron vendedores ILEGALES de huevos de tortugas, observe qué a venderle a una trabajadora del hotel, una mujer los recibió, aclaro que la venta y consumo de huevos de tortuga es ILEGAL. No deberían de permitir que se venda o consuma o ingresen este tipo te alimentos en su hotel...
