HOTEL TESORO BEACH

Pros: Very clean and great facilities rooms were fantastic.

Cons: Majority of the staff were not polite at all no smiles ..you had to actually get their attention to be served.talking to each other when there were customers waiting had to get up from the table to be able to get a menu.

Was enjoyable time

Pros: We like the hotel, out side a lot space the pools every day clean, the palms, a lot of shade very nice and clean with play ground ,nice for walk around nice atmosphere and a lot of green😀 at night light every where looks very pretty and safe

Cons: We didn’t like The Food was to salty

Perfect 24hrs on the beach in nice safe friendly resort

Pros: Amazing swimming pools, various bars. Very friendly and helpful staff. Stunning beach. Good food/breakfast. Loved the pool party vibes - and ended at sensible time so quiet at night. Seemed like mainly locals rather than foreign tourists (which I love!)

Cons: Air con was quite noisy (but at least it worked!)

Awesome

Pros: The food is good, but the lack of coffee, I believe they need to improve that due of a lot of people love coffee and remember El Salvador is a coffee producer.

Cons: Due to the rainy season, the room has a dripping wall from the ceiling to the bottom, and I believe they need to work on maintenance of the place; however, other than that I love it, I will be back soon.

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean. Beautiful beach.

Great hotel we enjoyed our stay

Pros: There were a lot of nice areas to chill out and the room was modern. The food was good also. They held fantastic entertainment for nye- it completely exceeded my expectations. Wifi worked fine too.

Cons: Service was sometimes slow, but it was busy.

It was good and the best is the beach, staff is kind

Pros: Breakfast was okay, they need more options. The beach is amazing and the best feature of the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and thankfully they have upgraded the toilets

Cons: The area of the restaurant takes to long to be cleaned up and there are no many options for lunch, coffee is awful

Great resort with an awesome infinity pool

Pros: Fantastic resort with several swimming pools and and an awesome infinity pool with a bar. Direct access to a huge beach. Friendly staff, safe place, tasty food - overall we enjoyed staying at this resort a lot!

Cons: Regarding our room, the shower needs an upgrade to be on par with the rest of the hotel. Food service sometimes took a while, but we were on vacation, so it did not matter much :) Limited choice for breakfast sometimes.

The highs and lows...

Pros: On the beach. Great grounds. 5 swimming pools. Breakfast. Attention by the staff.

Cons: The room was clean but tired. The bathroom and sink were very tired. The sink tap sported out water in various directions when turned on. The toilet was very basic. The shower was just in need of a complete renovation. The hot tap came off in my hand. The water had a strange smell and the tiles were discoloured in the areas the water would generally hit the wall. The sign next to the sink telling you to not drink the water is a giveaway there's something wrong. The balcony wall is very low and not really built for safety. On my balcony it was infested with very small ants. The patio doors and surrounding areas all looked and felt very tired. I noticed there were many renovations going on so possibly these things will be dealt with in the near future. Generally I really liked the hotel. It's a shame small fixable items are what let's this hotel down.
